Neerav Ghosh - Founder & Creative Director
Neerav is a filmmaker with over three decades of experience shaping stories across cinema, television, digital platforms and emerging audio ecosystems.
His practice spans direction, editing, writing, sound design, post-production supervision and film marketing - giving him a comprehensive understanding of storytelling from concept to audience.
Much of his work sits at the intersection of sport and culture. Over the years, he has led several pioneering projects in India’s evolving sports media landscape - including early documentary series on the history of Indian cricket, large-scale digital sports originals, Olympic Channel commissions, Spotify Originals and platform-first voice initiatives.
His projects have accumulated wide audience reach and industry recognition across short-form digital content, long-form documentaries, series and music videos.
Outside the studio, he is an avid cyclist and a long-time racquet sports enthusiast - interests that continue to inform his connection to performance-led storytelling.

Shivani Raina - Founder & Executive Producer
Shivani Raina is the Co-Founder of Peripheral Vision Collaborative and leads production strategy and execution across the studio’s work in sport, documentaries, real-life storytelling and brand films. She oversees projects from pre-production through final delivery.
A seasoned branded content specialist, Shivani has developed and delivered multiple successful shows across television and digital platforms, bridging storytelling with brand strategy at scale.
She brings extensive cross-platform experience spanning television, digital ecosystems and global brand communications. Her earlier roles at Viacom18, FBC Media (US), Tangerine Digital Media (later merged into To The New) and leading advertising agencies including McCann and DDB exposed her to complex, multi-location productions and cross-department workflows operating within defined timelines, deliverables and budgets.
She is known for her discipline, empathy and clarity - qualities that enable her to stabilize teams, maintain momentum under pressure and ensure that projects move from concept to completion with consistency and care.
